The Musée provides a reflection of St. Albert where Alberta began.  The Musée presents the contribution of the Métis and includes that of the Francophone religious and laity of the area. 
The downtown has street signs in English, French and Cree.

St. Jean Baptist Park located next to the historical St. Jean Baptist Church presents local history.  They have just developed a Homes and Heroes Walking Tour.  Their renewed historical museum will be open this summer.

Legal the Canadian Capital of francophone Murals will be adding this summer between
2 and 5 new murals to their 30 existing murals.  Its small museum and bilingual street and
Stop signs remind us of going vitality of the early Legal francophone pioneers.

Prairie Gardens is the perfect stop for the city escapee. Offering a huge piece of fun country charm, a ton of kid friendly activities including u-pick strawberries, on farm festivals, petting farm, wagon rides, haunted pumpkin festivals (October weekends), and of course, pit your wits to solve the Great Cornfield Maze opening August 4.  Enjoy a delectable foothills ice cream, or homemade strawberry shortcake from the Strawberry Cafe.
