The Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village is currently planning the Harvest of the Past & ‘A Taste of Heritage’ event, scheduled for Sunday, September 7, 2008.  The combination of an old-fashioned harvest event and a unique food festival is a proven success, attracting 3,000-5,000 visitors annually.

This year the booth space in the Heritage Food Festival is free!  Instead, a low rate of 15% commission of total food sales will be in effect.  To eliminate the need for vendors to handle cash and food simultaneously, we will implement a ticket sales system at the food festival. The Ukrainian Village will coordinate the advertising, publicity, event programs, ticket sales, service facilities, exhibitor showcase, entertainment, and historic activities. 

The level of participation is up to you!  You can book a booth to sell cooked food in the ‘Taste of Heritage’ Food Festival; you can book a vendors booth to sell fresh or frozen “take home” food, and you can book a promotional booth in the Exhibitors Showcase to conduct demonstrations, distribute literature, promotional materials, or food samples.
