Description:

Assist Marketing Manager with planning & implementing marketing
campaigns & plans. (Including travel magazines, print media, tradeshows,
website, etc.)

- - Assist
publisher & web master with magazine & website updating, writing,
typesetting and design.

- - Member
services and communications, promote, sell, record, update and implement
various tourism marketing programs to members, partners and clients.

- - Manage
and/or administer projects related to: Heritage & Culture, Arts &
Ag-Tourism, Trails & Outdoor Adventures.

- - Answer
and fulfill call centre inquiries about local and regional travel.

- - Attend
and/or organize various tourism meetings & tradeshows and visit various
Tourism Operators across the region and/or deliver Travel Guides where
necessary.

- - Assist
with Accounts payable/receivable

- - Misc.

- Skills
Required:
- -
Knowledge of tourism, internet,
marketing and sales. Diploma or certificate in marketing, management or
sales an asset.

Knowledge of the Kalyna Country Tourism region and the rural economy an
asset.

skills including Microsoft office, web browsing and basic Accounting
programs.

Multi-tasking, creative writing, thinking and communication skills by
telephone, email and in person.

transportation necessary.
