Modern day Whitefish Lake Band is a progressive Band located in and around the community of Goodfish Lake, 4 miles east and 10 miles north of Vilna. Goodfish Lake Development Corporation has numerous business interests in the region. Come experience First Nations hospitality at these popular events in the community - the Pow Wow held mid June and the Goodfish Lake Treaty Days & Rodeo, their major event held in early July. The community is situated in a beautiful location by Whitefish Lake amidst rolling hills, wide sweeping valleys and serene wilderness. Paradise Cove Resort is located on the shores of Whitefish Lake, offering complete facilities for camping, fishing and recreation.
