Catch the Christmas Spirit and shop for crafts, baking and more. Lunch concession. To book tables contact the Village Office (above).<br /> </p> <div>Community spirit abounds in this cozy village located on Highway 14, just 100 km east of Edmonton. Holden's pride in its heritage and traditions can be seen in the annual events and local attractions.</div> <div> </div> <div>Holden has a variety of arts attraction. It is the home of the Beaver Regional Arts Centre, where the Arts Society sponsors an annual series of fine professional performances. The Seasons Series covers four events at a great price and other special shows are offered regularly. After the entertainment, a delicious country dinner is available in our community hall. The Beaverhill Players' have recently re-grouped and will perform live drama in the arts centre annually. Studio 14 Art Association is now hosting regular art shows in conjunctions with Farmers' Day, The Bounty in Beaver County and other occasions. Check the Village website for details on these and other upcoming presentations.</div> <div> </div> <div>The Village campground is quiet and well kept with ball diamonds, playground and a spray park nearby. The spray park is great family fun on a hot day.</div> <p>The Farmers' Day celebration, June 10 -12 will include the 10th Annual Soap Box Derby.
