The Park underwent significant improvements in 2008, adding new sites which include drive through and full service sites. The Richard Larsen Museum houses many of the original items that the Barr Colonists used when they originally settled Lloydminster in 1903. Artifacts include agricultural equipment, household items and a collection of antique vehicles.
